Virupaksha Controls and Automation Private Limited is a fast-growing solar EPC company specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Industrial, Institutional, and Residential solar power projects across South India.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site surveys for rooftop solar projects.
• Prepare system layouts, SLDs, and BOQs.
• Coordinate project execution from start to commissioning.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support CEIG, TANGEDCO/TNEB, and statutory approval documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
• 2–5 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC projects.
• Good understanding of PV system design, string sizing, and inverter selection.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for project execution.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C&I solar projects.
• Knowledge of CEIG, TANGEDCO, and net-metering procedures.
• Experience in commissioning hybrid and on-grid solar systems.
