Rockwool Manufacturing || Vizag

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Rockwool production and plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, yield optimization and reduction of manufacturing losses.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS requirements and operational best practices.
• Manage manpower, production planning, shift operations and resource utilization.
• Monitor plant performance through key operational KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Projects and other functions for smooth plant operations.
• Develop, mentor and build a high-performing and accountable production team.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and cost reduction.
• Support plant expansion, commissioning and scale-up initiatives as required.
• Build a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
