Rockwell FTPC MES Developer

Location: Offshore

Skill Set: Rockwell Factory Talk Production Center (FTPC)

Tools: Rockwell FTPC, SQL

Role Summary:

Responsible for Development of Rockwell FTPC MES applications according to detailed requirements given by customer and conducting unit testing. Supporting customer team during QA and Production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy and maintain Rockwell MES Applications.
• Performing analysis on FTPC functionality and suggesting improvements
• Debug and fix any issues caused by missing data or any code bug in existing functionalities.
• Responsible for on-time and quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Successful execution of unit tests to ensure proper working of neswly developed codes.
• Provide support during QA and Production deployment.
• Resolve bugs and issues reported after development.
• Receive and understand the information and knowledge about the customer architecture and application as is today.
• Should have SQL Server Expertise to develop optimized DB queries to use in MES application design as well.

Desired Skills:

• Should demonstrate very good experience in MES implementation, particularly using the Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC) product.
  
• Should have worked on a modular framework   
  
• Should have good experience in client interactions and has been involved in end-to-end project development and delivery.
  
• Should work independently with customer.
