Robotics and Industrial Automation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related RPA tools.
• Build workflow automations and support orchestration through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Use Alteryx and Power BI for automation-adjacent data preparation and reporting needs.
• Support automation development and troubleshooting in Visual Studio and Copilot Studio environments.
• Work on enterprise automation initiatives aligned to financial services operations.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant automation and RPA experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in RPA and Robotic Process Automation delivery.
• Practical experience with UiPath, UiPath Orchestrator, Alteryx, Power BI, Visual Studio, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience supporting enterprise automation solutions in a scalable business environment.
• Exposure to automation solution development, integration support, and production issue resolution.

Good to Have:

• Automation Anywhere experience.
• Microsoft Power Automate experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
