RMS Developer Implementation

Shift: UAE shift (Gulf Standard Time GST), generally 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time, which is 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST

Mandatory Skills

• Oracle Retail RMS / MFCS implementation and development hands-on experience is mandatory.
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL – strong development and troubleshooting skills.
• Oracle Retail Merchandising Data Model – understanding of retail data structures and processes.
• Oracle Retail integrations – RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• POM batch processing – scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Retail merchandising domain – Item, Supplier, Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Stock Ledger.
• Implementation lifecycle – requirements, development, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Data migration and conversion – DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation.

Preferred Skills

• ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.
• Oracle Retail Cloud implementation experience.
• Retail Home, OCI IAM/IDCS, SFTP, and OCI Object Storage.
• Shell scripting, Python, Postman, and production issue troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, and SIOCS/EICS.

Candidate Submission – Mandatory Checks

• 8–10 years of relevant Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS experience, not just total IT experience.
• Immediate joiner or immediately available.
• Willing to work night shifts until midnight.
• Ready to provide EPFO employment history screenshot along with the resume.
• Willing to undergo background verification (BGV).
