Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients.
• Provide initial treatment and emergency care.
• Follow consultants treatment plans.
• Review investigations and report abnormalities.
• Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate with patients and relatives.
• Ensure patient safety and follow hospital SOPs.
• Provide proper handover to the next shift.
