As the Maintenance Lead for Dominos stores in the DPI West 1 region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of regional engineers, technicians, and bike mechanics, overseeing all maintenance-related tasks and ensuring the highest standards of store upkeep. This role is integral to our business, as it directly impacts the customer experience and overall store performance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations, including team leadership and project management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with store managers, staff, and team members.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools, as well as basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the DPI West 1 region for site visits and team management.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by maintenance operations and store needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional maintenance services.
