RMG & MIS Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

We are Seeking an experienced RMG & MIS Analyst to manage resource planning, workforce utilization, SOW mapping, and financial MIS reporting within an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resource allocation, SOW mapping, and demand-supply planning.
• Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and timesheets.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on workforce planning and reporting.
• Use RMG tools and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Mandatory Skills:

• Resource Management (RMG) and resource allocation.
• SOW mapping and workforce planning.
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
• Resource utilization and timesheet management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in IT services organizations.
• Hands-on experience with RMG tools.
• Knowledge of finance MIS and reconciliation.
• Experience in dashboard creation and demand-supply management.
