RMC Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage a team of supervisors to achieve production targets, improve quality standards, and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in plant management or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and control processes.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or MBA from a reputed institution.
