Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loans and LAP through DSA, connectors, builders, references, and direct sourcing.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Convert leads into loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage the complete process from lead generation login sanction disbursement.
• Collect required KYC, income, property, and other documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
• Follow up on pending documents and loan cases to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer/case information in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
