Vertical: FI-Co-op Bank Business

Role Purpose:

To acquire and manage relationships with Co-operative Banks, LIC, OIC and Share Brokers, by providing customized Payment and Collection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Co-operative Bank Business: UCB's / SCB's / State Co-op Bank / RRB's

- Manage portfolio of UCB's, SCB's, DCCB's & RRB's.

Onboard each product offered to Co-op

Banks: CPS (Payouts), CMS / E-Collection / Virtual Account (Collections), CTS, NFS, IMPS, UPI, NACH, AEPS, CSGL, Trade Remittance & Digital Products.

-Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and Sub-Member Banks (SMB's) for onboarding: Liaison with Product, Operations, IT, Compliance, NPCI / Sponsor Bank for documentation, testing, UAT, certification and go-live of each product for both Sponsor Bank and its SMB's.

Drive CASA, settlement float, and fee income. Resolve operational / reconciliation queries of SMBs.

2. LIC & OIC Business - DO / RO / Branch Banking

Acquire and manage LIC & OIC as Institutional clients at DO / RO / Branch level.

LIC Model: Premium Collection (New & Renewal), NACH E-Mandate, Commission payouts to Agents, Claims / Maturity / SB payouts.

OIC Model: Premium Collection (Motor, Health, Crop), Co-insurance collection, Claim payouts, Surveyor & Agent Commission payouts.

Pitch CMS / Virtual Account Collections, NACH, CTS and CPS for centralized Commission & Claim payouts with Host-to-Host / API integration
