Job Description:

The Relationship Manager Should Dynamic and Customer Oriented ,must be Promoting Car Loan Products, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction throughout the Loan Process.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients Seeking Car Loan
Responsible for generating New car loan business from open markets Dealers, DSA Vertical.
Guide Clients through the loan Application Process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and Submitted accurately
Educate Clients on Loans terms, interest rates,and repayment options
Achieve Sales targets and Contribute to the overall growth of the Car Loan.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Under Graduate & Above with Minimum 1 Years and Above with experience In Auto Loans Segment

Role Description

Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the team of RM to drive Sales, Manage Customer Relationships,ensure Compliance with regulations,and achieve branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of RM and support them to achieve sales target .
Develop and implement Strategies to drive Car Loan Sales growth and expand market Share.
Identify new business opportunities,partnerships, and Channels to increase loan portfolio and revenue.
Excellent leadership, commuincation and Interpersonal skills.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field and Prior experience of more than 3yrs in Car Loan.

Designation: City Head
Reporting -Regional Sales Manager
Location -Karnataka , Andhra Pradesh , Telegana, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:
The City Head will be responsible for leading and managing the team of BBM and car loan business operations within a specific city or region. The Primary focus will be on driving Sales ,expanding
market presence,building strong customers relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive car loans sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned city or region
Identify markets opportunities,Customer segments,and product niches to capitalize on and enchance Competitive advantage
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to generate new leads, acquire customers and expand the Car portfolio
Address Customer inquiries, Concerns and escalations promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in banking , Insurance or financial services with more than 5yrs experience in car loans.
