Risk Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a KYC & Risk Agent to support customer verification, credit/risk assessment, and fraud prevention. The role involves reviewing KYC documents, assessing customer risk, making approve/refer/reject decisions, and contributing to risk policy improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, and address proofs.
• Identify document discrepancies, fraud indicators, and high-risk cases.
• Conduct customer risk assessment using credit bureau data, income, employment, and affordability signals.
• Make timely approve/refer/reject decisions within defined SLAs.
• Analyze customer defaults and behavioral patterns to identify risk trends.
• Prepare risk reports and recommend improvements to risk rules and processes.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and support compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in KYC, credit underwriting, fraud operations, or risk analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Indian KYC documents and fraud indicators.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and KYC/verification platforms.
• Exposure to CIBIL/Experian/CRIF and credit risk assessment is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, NBFC, BNPL, e-commerce, or rental businesses.
• Knowledge of automated decisioning/rule-engine platforms.
• Basic SQL/data querying skills.
• Understanding of collection triggers and early-warning indicators.
