Risk Executive

Job Description:

• Monitor live triggers and alerts to catch fraudulent proposals, misrepresentation, or identity theft at the point of sale.
• Investigate high-risk early claims and applications on a real-time basis to prevent immediate financial leakages.
• Assign, supervise, and execute immediate desktop or field-level verifications for suspicious profiles.
• Guide and manage a team of junior investigators and analysts to ensure daily investigation targets and quality standards are met.
• Manage external investigation agencies, monitor their Turnaround Time (TAT), and audit the quality of their field reports.
• Dynamically allocate cases based on location, complexity, and urgency to optimize team efficiency.
• Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, and the Risk Containment Unit (RCU) to share fraud trends.
• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards detailing fraud savings, vendor performance, and emerging risk patterns.
• Recommend system triggers and updates to the automated risk scoring engines based on fresh investigation findings.

Role Requirements:Education:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance/Insurance/Risk Management/Business Administration

Experience Range:

• Minimum 1-2 / 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management domain in BFSI (Preferably Life Insurance)

Professional Experience/ Skills:

• Proficiency in MS-Office / Office 365 and Power BI
