Job Description

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Risk Advisory

Reporting to: AVP (Head) Risk and Vigilance

Grade: Manager/Sr. Manager

Role Purpose:

As a Risk Advisor, the role is responsible for supporting the organization in safeguarding its assets, reputation, and business objectives through proactive identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational and enterprise risks. The role provides independent and objective risk-based assurance and advisory services to strengthen internal controls, enhance compliance, promote ethical practices, and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Management: Maintaining risk registers, identifying risks, Risk assessments. Prepare periodic reports/dashboards on risk trends, fraud incidents, and vigilance status.

2. Internal Controls: Control design and implementation, testing control effectiveness, control reviews.

3. Internal Audit and Process reviews: Audit planning, conducting audits, closure tracking, audit reports

4. Compliance: Regulatory compliance monitoring, policy implementation, compliance dashboards

5. Vigilance/Ethics: Fraud control, Internal Investigation support, whistleblower management

Skills required :

• Technical Internal audit methodology Risk Control Matrix (RCM) SOP Reviews and development Compliance knowledge Familiarity with COSO framework Data analytics (Excel, G-Sheets, Power BI) Audit and Risk Management tools Education, Experience, and Attributes

• Behavioral Stakeholder management Interviewing skills Excellent communication & Report writing Analytical thinking Presentation skills Automation Orientation

• Graduate in any discipline, CA Inter/MBA; CIA and/or CFE certification highly preferred.

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Risk Advisory, Forensics, and Internal Audit.

• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong drive to learn and add value to the organization.

• Highly adaptable to the dynamic organizational environment.
