About this role
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand current and future
requirements.
- Look for new business using cold calls, networking, and
digital tools.
- Talk to business leaders to evaluate their IT infrastructure
and security gaps.
- Demonstrate our IT Infrastructure services, cybersecurity
plans, Data Center capabilities and cloud options to
clients.
- Work with the technical team to understand & build
accurate scopes of work and pricing quotes.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet monthly
and yearly revenue goals.
- Track all calls, meetings, and deals accurately in the
company CRM tool.
Profile:
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud
computing, and cybersecurity basics.
• Understanding our Companys Capabilities & Strength in
the Managed IT Services
• Understanding Customer and their requirements.
• Work with technical and engineering teams to design
accurate proposals for clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation
abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
technical field (or equivalent work experience).
