Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting top performers.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit for roles.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in IT staffing or permanent placement industry.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of success in business partnering, client management, onboarding new hires, productivity enhancement, recruitment, skill development.
