RFQ (Request For Quotation) Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for machining projects based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better rates for raw materials and components.
• Analyze market trends and industry standards to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or Aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of costing principles, including estimating techniques and budget management.
• Proficiency in preparing quotes (RFQ) documents for machining services.
• Knowledge of machine shop operations, including machinery maintenance, repair, and replacement.
