Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify 3D precast models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare precast shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings.
• Model precast elements including walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, and balconies.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit Precast Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of precast detailing.
• Experience working on precast building projects.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
