About this role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in United States.
This is a high-impact revenue operations leadership role focused on improving how a growing organization plans, measures, and executes its go-to-market strategy. You will work across sales, marketing, product, technology, and leadership to identify growth opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks. A major focus will be using AI, automation, analytics, and integrated systems to make revenue operations more predictive and efficient. You will build scalable processes, dashboards, planning frameworks, compensation models, and workflows that directly influence topline performance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment where initiative and measurable outcomes are highly valued. You will also enable teams to adopt new technologies and establish practical standards for using AI across revenue-generating functions. This is an opportunity to help shape the operating model of an innovative insurance technology business while partnering closely with senior leaders.
Accountabilities: Own and optimize sales, engagement, customer service, and revenue processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions that support growth.
Build predictive reporting and dashboards that identify anomalies, pipeline risks, operational bottlenecks, and recommended actions rather than simply reporting historical performance.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning processes, including analysis of productivity drivers and revenue capacity.
Develop and monitor staffing and capacity plans for go-to-market teams, ensuring resources remain aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement quota methodologies and variable compensation structures that support company goals, motivate performance, and maintain appropriate budget and P&L discipline.
Use AI-assisted analysis to accelerate market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and identification of emerging trends and risks.
Partner with sales, marketing, product, technology, and operational leaders to improve alignment, processes, productivity, and execution.
Develop marketing operations processes that measure campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and improve future marketing investment and return.
Create documented workflows, process standards, technology improvements, and communication frameworks that reduce friction across go-to-market teams.
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that reduce cycle times, automate submission routing, and surface actionable information throughout the sales and retention lifecycle.
Design integrations and automations across systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Intercom to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and keep systems synchronized.
Establish controls and monitoring to ensure internal and external stakeholders use systems, workflows, and processes consistently and appropriately.
Evaluate and deploy AI copilots, predictive models, workflow automation, and other technologies that increase team capacity and eliminate repetitive work.
Build playbooks, lead enablement sessions, and establish best practices that help teams effectively adopt new technologies and processes.
Provide clear reporting and analysis into the drivers of performance for leadership and other internal and external stakeholders.
Partner directly with senior leadership to identify opportunities for step-function improvements in revenue performance, incentives, measurement, and operational execution.
Requirements
Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related function, ideally within a high-growth technology or financial services environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn complex operational and commercial data into clear recommendations and business decisions.
Experience building predictive dashboards, reporting frameworks, forecasts, capacity plans, and performance-management systems.
Demonstrated experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions.
Experience developing or managing quota methodologies, incentive plans, compensation structures, and productivity models.
Strong understanding of go-to-market operations across sales, marketing, customer success, and related revenue functions.
Hands-on experience with CRM and operational platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, or comparable systems.
Experience designing integrations, automations, workflows, and controls across multiple business systems.
Strong interest in and practical experience with AI tools, automation, predictive analytics, or other emerging technologies used to improve business operations.
Ability to evaluate new technology objectively and translate its capabilities into practical workflows that improve efficiency and team performance.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across diverse teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
Strong bias toward action, continuous improvement, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
Ability to build clear documentation, playbooks, training materials, and enablement programs that drive consistent adoption.
Benefits

Opportunity to join a growing technology company and contribute directly to the development of a new category within the insurance industry.
High-impact role with significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
