Revenue & Growth Manager (E-commerce | Shopify) We're looking for a
Revenue & Growth Manager to own revenue growth, conversion optimization, customer retention, and overall commercial performance across our Shopify stores. This is a highly analytical role for someone who enjoys using data to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and increase profitability. What You'll DoRevenue & Growth
- Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Improve Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Revenue Per Visitor (RPV), and Retention.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify revenue opportunities.
- Build weekly and monthly revenue forecasts. Promotions & Pricing
- Plan promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Create pricing and discount strategies.
- Optimize bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and offers.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend improvements. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Conduct CRO audits across Homepage, Collection Pages, Product Pages, Cart, and Checkout.
- Analyze user behavior using Shopify Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and similar tools.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments. Analytics & Customer Insights
- Build dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze customer cohorts, retention, and funnel performance.
- Present actionable recommendations backed by data. Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, UI/UX, and Development teams.
- Prioritize growth initiatives and ensure timely execution. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Growth, CRO, Revenue Management, or Business Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and D2C brands.
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. KPIs
