Key Focus
- The Revenue Executive(Backend) will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue cycle by ensuring accurate and timely processing PCB Quotes and related other documents. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of revenue operations and financial processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

PCB Quote Support:
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and status.
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

-Upon customer call, Accurately process PCB quotes, ensuring customer requirements with company policies and procedures.
- Verify customer information and order details for accuracy and completeness.
-Coordinate with Service sales team and other departments to Complete the lift cycle.

Data Entry and Maintenance
-Maintain accurate records of Revenue Records of transactions, customer data, and other relevant information.
-Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.

Revenue Conversion Management
-Monitoring PCB Case trend with payment terms.
- Ensuring open PCB calls as per KPI Metrics
-Monitoring & Coordinating with Regional Team for conversion support for CEC approved quotes.
-Follow escalation matrix incase delay in conversion.
