Revenue & Distribution Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Revenue & Distribution Manager to drive revenue across OTAs and online channels for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other OTA channels.
• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue through dynamic pricing and demand-based strategies.
• Manage OTA promotions, discounts, inventory and availability to maximize bookings and profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality and booking trends.
• Improve property ranking, visibility, conversion and review performance.
• Identify underperforming properties and implement revenue improvement plans.
• Ensure accurate rates, inventory, content and room mapping across all channels.
• Track and report key metrics including revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, cancellations and promotion ROI.
• Work closely with operations, sales and OTA account managers to resolve issues and drive growth.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, hospitality or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with major OTA platforms.
• Strong understanding of pricing, inventory and revenue optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong ownership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
