We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Revenue Management team in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily room rates, occupancy, and revenue performance.
• Support room pricing strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
• Analyze competitor rates, market trends, and demand patterns.
• Assist in updating room rates and availability across OTAs such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Booking.com.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, and Reservations teams.
• Support revenue forecasting and occupancy planning.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn hotel revenue management systems and OTA platforms.
