About this role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to lead AMC / Retrofit & Revamp Sales for VRF Systems, Ductable ACs & Chillers.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify new business in Commercial, Industrial & Residential segments
- Revamp sales strategy to increase market share
- Sales & Business Development for AMC / Retrofit / Revamp - VRF, Ductable AC & Chillers
- Deal with Consultants, Contractors, Developers & End-users
- CRM, Sales Forecast & Market Feedback
- Service Team Training, Vendor Development & Technical Literature
- Travel PAN India for on-job training of Service Engineers
- Develop Service Vendors for VRF / Ductable
- Prepare Technical Literature & Product Simulators
- Evaluate vendors for Spares & Software
Preferred candidate profile
Strong Knowledge of HVAC (VRF / Ductable / Chillers)
Experience into AMC / Retrofit / Revamp
