About The Role Revalsys Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Guardian of UI Excellence Angular & Next.js Team Lead to lead our frontend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular and Next.js, a proven track record of delivering scalable web applications, and the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Angular and Next.js developers.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.
• Ensure applications meet SEO, accessibility, and performance standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Angular (2+) and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management tools such as NgRx, Redux, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with public-facing and e-commerce applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
