Job Summary

This is a client assignment being coordinated through HumanConnect Services. As Returns & Refunds Executive, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with order management, customer experience, catalogue coordination, reporting, follow-up.

The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment. The role offers practical exposure and is suited to someone who wants to build a steady career in this function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating assigned work

• Maintaining records and reports
• Following up with stakeholders

• The role is suitable for candidates with 0?3 years
• Based across Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Noida
