At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based at the firm s Mumbai office and will run from January 2027.

Requirements

• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of January 2027, the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Should have minimum 5 yrs of corporate experience.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
