Retrofit Service sales /AMC Service sales

We are seeking a result-driven Retrofit Sales & AMC Service sales Engineer responsible for identifying, securing, and executing HVAC retrofit, AMC and modernization projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership from opportunity identification and solution selling to project execution and client handoverensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & AMC, Retrofit Sales

• Identify retrofit and modernization opportunities in existing HVAC systems
• Generate leads through existing clients, consultants, and market outreach
• Promote energy-efficient upgrades, system replacements, and automation solutions
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
• Negotiate and close retrofit deals

2. Site Survey & Technical Evaluation

• Conduct detailed site assessments of existing HVAC systems
• Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
• Recommend suitable retrofit solutions based on technical and commercial feasibility

3. Costing

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimized retrofit solutions
• Prepare cost estimates including equipment, manpower, and project timelines
• Develop ROI and energy-saving calculations for client proposals

4. Service Delivery

• Plan and execute retrofit projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor site activities, installation, and system upgrades
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards

5. Client Coordination & Project Handover

• Act as a single point of contact for clients from sales to delivery
• Provide regular project updates and resolve issues
• Ensure successful commissioning, testing, and final handover
• Maintain client satisfaction for repeat business opportunities
