Role & responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate land and revenue-related matters for real-estate projects.
• Coordinate with Revenue Department offices and government authorities.
• Follow up on RTC, mutation, survey, land conversion, khata and other land records.
• Assist in obtaining necessary government approvals and clearances.
• Review and provide guidance on land and property-related documents.
• Coordinate with Tahsildar, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Registrar and other relevant offices as required.
• Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation-related issues.
• Provide practical guidance on government procedures and revenue matters.
• Support the company in land acquisition, property verification and development-related matters.
• Maintain records of applications, documents, approvals and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

• Retired Revenue Department employee/officer preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Revenue Department.
• Strong practical knowledge of Karnataka land and revenue procedures.
• Experience in land records, property matters, survey, mutation and land conversion.
• Good understanding of government office procedures and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Revenue Department and other government authorities.
• Candidates with prior experience handling real-estate or land-related matters will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Any Graduate qualification preferred.
• Candidates who can work on a consultancy/part-time/full-time basis may be considered.
