Job Title: Banking Consultant / Banking Operations Officer

Job Summary

A retired bank officer with extensive experience in banking operations, customer service, financial management, loan processing, compliance, and administrative functions. Capable of supporting day-to-day banking activities, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring procedural compliance, and providing guidance on financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with banking operations, account management, and documentation.
• Guide customers on deposits, loans, remittances, and other banking services.
• Support loan application processing, verification, and follow-up.
• Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with applicable banking policies.
• Assist in customer grievance resolution and relationship management.
• Support KYC documentation and AML compliance procedures.
• Provide operational guidance, staff mentoring, and administrative support.
• Help identify business development opportunities and improve customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Retired officer from a recognized bank.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
• Good knowledge of banking procedures, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems.

Preferred Experience

• Significant experience in banking operations, credit, advances, branch administration, or customer service.
• Previous experience in branch management or supervisory roles is an advantage.
