We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead and strengthen our branch operations across the Punjab region.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of multiple branches across the Punjab region.(Mohali, Chandigarh & Zirakpur).
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of regional business targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and branch teams.
• Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business through local networking, partnerships, and relationship management.
• Review branch performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office for business planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Retired Banker (Scale II and above).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and people management skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Ability to lead organizational growth and build a high-performance culture.
