Retention Executive – CRM & Retention Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Retention Executive to drive user engagement and retention through impactful CRM communication and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App.

• Write engaging and conversion-focused emails, push notifications, and other customer communications.

• Use MoEngage to create segments, campaigns, journeys, and automated communication flows.

• Develop retention, reactivation, engagement, and win-back campaigns.

• Analyse campaign performance and optimise messaging, targeting, and communication frequency. • Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, CTAs, and campaigns.

• Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to improve user engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing. • Strong copywriting and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with MoEngage or a similar CRM platform.

• Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.

• Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyse campaign performance.

• Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
