Retention Marketing Associate - Key Highlights

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Fashion, Retail, or Consumer Internet preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and marketing automation skills.
