Retention and Engagement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and productivity across the organization.
• Conduct regular surveys and analyses to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, talent gaps, and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in Employee Engagement & Retention or related field (HR Consulting).
• Strong understanding of Data Analysis (Attrition Analysis) using tools like Workforce Analytics.
• Proven track record in developing effective employee engagement strategies that drive business results.
