Retails Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
• Handle customer service and complaints
• Manage inventory, stock, and product displays
• Prepare sales and performance reports
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and store discipline
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and management

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates should have 5 to 7years of working experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• trong knowledge of sales, inventory, billing, and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with strong sales and business acumen.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Presentable, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
