Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail store teams and improve sales performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product, sales, process, and customer service training.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and store visits.
• Train employees on product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and customer handling.
• Conduct training on communication, interpersonal skills, conflict management, and grooming.
• Identify training needs and performance gaps across stores.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and activities.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training reports.
• Work closely with Retail Operations and Store Managers to improve team performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Retail Training / Sales Training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of retail sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel across stores in the South region
