Retail Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify training gaps and develop customized solutions to address them.
• Manage the entire training process from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in corporate or retail training, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of classroom training, OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNA (Training Need Analysis) concepts.
• Proven track record of developing successful product trainings that drive business results.
