Retail Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver retail training programs to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills for employees.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail operations, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions to coach employees on new processes, products, and services.
• Analyze training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for effective communication.
• Experience with OJT (On-the-Job Training) methodologies.
