About this role
Retail Route Trainer - IT Hardware / Consumer Electronics
- Conduct product, sales, and soft-skills training for RSEs and Brand Promoters.
- Explain product features, USPs, configurations, pricing, warranties, and competitor comparisons.
- Coach teams on customer handling, need analysis, objection handling, and closing.
- Plan and execute training calendars across assigned cities with extensive Pan-India travel.
- Coordinate with store managers, brand teams, and staffing partners.
- Conduct store audits and gather market/competitor insights.
- Maintain training records, assessments, feedback, and regular reports.
- Evaluate trainees and recommend re-training where required.
- Drive digital tool adoption and represent the brand professionally.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, basic IT hardware knowledge, and excellent coordination.
