Responsibilities

• Strong experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Retail or Fashion Retail domain, with hands-on understanding of end-to-end retail business processes.
• Experience in leading testing activities across multiple applications, platforms and workstreams.
• Collaborate with clients, business users, product teams and technology teams to understand, validate and clarify requirements.
• Define and execute Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Execution Reports.
• Lead Functional, System, Integration, Regression and End-to-End Testing activities.
• Validate retail business processes across Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce and omnichannel channels.
• Strong understanding of POS and in-store purchasing processes.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online order lifecycle.
• Experience with product merchandising and catalog management.
• Experience validating pricing, promotions and discount processes.
• Experience with Inventory and Order Management processes.
• Experience validating returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Understanding of Customer and Loyalty Management processes.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail processes and integrations.
• Experience working with retail platforms such as SAP Commerce / Hybris, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), POS Systems or Retail Merchandising Platforms.
• Experience in integration and middleware testing, including Boomi or equivalent middleware platforms.
• Strong experience in API Testing and End-to-End Integration Validation.
• Experience in defect identification, tracking, prioritization, triage and root cause analysis.
• Manage test planning, effort estimation, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Support UAT, production validation and release activities.
• Experience with testing tools such as Appium, IQP, ICA and Test Management / Defect Tracking tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing and End-to-End Testing.
• UAT support experience and strong understanding of production validation and release quality processes.
• Test automation exposure with understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including interaction with business users and senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to independently drive testing activities from planning through execution and closure.
• Experience working with fashion retailers / retail brands and large-scale retail transformation or integration programs will be preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead distributed testing teams and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
• Ability to deliver high-quality testing solutions aligned with ELAARSONs Quality Engineering, Retail Testing and AI-driven QA practices.
