Location-Hyderabad (Shops in Hospital)-covering- 9 Outlets in Telengana and 6 in Andra Pradesh

Two Wheeler & Driving License is mandatory

• Store & Business Operations:
• Managed multi-store operations, including daily opening/closing procedures, inventory control, stock replenishment, and tracking stock levels.
• Oversaw retail store openings and contributed to business expansion strategies.
• Coordinated visual merchandising to ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines.

• Team Leadership & Development:
• Led, supervised, and motivated a team of retail sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Handled the on boarding, training, and continuous development of new sales executives.
• Assigned daily targets, monitored team performance, and managed escalations to ensure excellent customer service.

• Franchisee & Market Development:
• Managed franchisee relations, including the appointment of new franchisees.
• Conducted market research to identify potential locations for new store openings.
• Executed neutral venue activations to boost brand visibility and footfall.

• Reporting & Analytics:
• Prepared and analyzed daily and monthly sales reports for senior management review.
