Retail Store Sales Executive

RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customers' foot care needs and recommending the most suitable Footsol solutions. You will educate customers on foot biomechanics, provide expert product guidance, ensure accurate product fitting, and drive sales through personalized consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, a customer-first approach, and a passion for helping people improve their comfort, mobility, and overall foot health.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Promote and sell the complete Footsol product portfolio, including performance insoles, arch support insoles, gel insoles, heel cushions, foot support products, and other foot care solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products based on foot type, activity level, and lifestyle.
• Drive category-wise sales through effective product recommendations.
• Increase Average Bill Value (ABV) through cross-selling and upselling.
• Promote newly launched products and ongoing promotional campaigns.

Customer Consultation & Product Guidance

• Interact with customers to understand foot discomfort, pain points, lifestyle, and daily activities.
• Explain the benefits of Footsol products for conditions such as flat feet, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, over-pronation, supination, arch pain, and prolonged standing.
• Demonstrate correct product fitting and usage.
• Educate customers on product features, maintenance, and long-term benefits.
• Deliver courteous and empathetic service to all customers, especially senior citizens and individuals seeking preventive or therapeutic foot care.

Store Operations

• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays.
• Ensure products are properly stocked and replenished.
• Support billing, POS transactions, and daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory management.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain customer records for follow-up and after-sales support.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of Foot Scans Conducted
• Scan to Sale Conversion %
• Footsol Insoles Sales by Numbers
• Footsol Insoles Sales by Value

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 13 years experience in retail sales / footwear retail / healthcare retail preferred
• Empathetic and patient-oriented approach

Working Conditions

• 6 days working (rotational off)
• Shift-based timing
