Role Overview
The Store Manager serves as the bridge between business strategy and in-store execution. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Drive store sales, conversions and achievement of business targets.
• Recruit, coach, mentor and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Manage cash, inventory, stock accuracy and product quality checks.
• Ensure SOP compliance, eye-check quality standards and POS accuracy.
• Plan staffing, schedules and maintain store presentation and equipment.

Qualifications
2+ years experience as Store Manager.
