Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily kiosk operations and supervise a team of 3–4 Promoters.
• Drive sales and achieve daily targets.
• Manage attendance, shift rosters, breaks and team discipline.
• Ensure proper kiosk hygiene, product display and brand presentation.
• Monitor POS, computer, printer, internet, CCTV and other equipment.
• Manage stock, inventory, sales records and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with mall authorities and the brand team.
• Handle operational issues and escalate them when required.
