Retail Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement
• Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision
• Prepare the estimate of the products selected and completing the sales transaction
• Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section
• Assist the customer in a sales return or repair work
• To provide Excellent Customer Service.
• To ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase

Preferred candidate profile

• +2 or any Degree with 0 5 years of experience in retail sales.
• Should be good at People, process and Product management.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Good communication skills
• Should be Pleasant and Friendly
• Timings 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM ( Shifts available)
