Retail Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales and revenue growth for the Hebbal zone.
• Regularly visit garages and build strong relationships with garage owners.
• Acquire new garages and increase business from existing customers.
• Reactivate inactive customers and develop key accounts.
• Understand local market demand and identify new sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify required SKUs and ensure the right inventory is available at the store.
• Track stock-outs, slow-moving inventory and market requirements.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Drive OEM and OES product sales and improve margins.
• Work closely with the Store, Procurement and Operations teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2- 6 years of sales/business development experience.
• Automotive spare parts/aftermarket experience preferred.
• Strong garage network in Bengaluru, especially North Bengaluru, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly field-oriented, target-driven and proactive.
• Good understanding of multi-brand passenger vehicle spare parts.
