A. Retail Sales Manager 1 Opening

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee an individual showroom/outlet.
• Handle counter sales and customer interactions.
• Manage showroom/shop inventory and stock movement.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day showroom operations.
• Utilize ERP systems for sales, inventory, and operational activities.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years.
• Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the ICT domain.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for both positions.
• Candidates should have strong sales/business development experience relevant to the respective position.

3. Location & Training

• Candidates will initially be based in Kinshasa for training and initial onboarding.
• After a certain period, selected candidates will be relocated to Lubumbashi based on business requirements.
