We are hiring for on of our client for the role of Retail Sales Manager based out at Delhi/NCR location. PFB the details:

BROAD FUNCTION & OBJECTIVES:

• Responsibility for the development of Company owned retail stores.
• Responsibility for the profitability of retail stores.
• The Retail Manager will act as a trusted business partner to our retail network.

SPECIFIC OUTCOMES:

1. Sales Growth Top line & Bottom line growth of the stores.

2. Distribution Growth Open more points of company owned stores in the designated territory if required.

3. Brand Growth – Grow Sealy’s brand awareness by building relationships with local interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.

4. Man Management – You will be responsible for performance in terms of revenue, calls, marketing activity of people who are reporting to you.

PROCESSES:

1. Call Cycle – Ensure that a high frequency call cycle is maintained with target groups (eg. interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.)

2. Sales & Product Training – Ensure that the product and sales training materials are maintained and effectively presented to target groups (eg. interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.) and our Retail store sales staff.

3. Brand Development – Conduct regular brand development activities (e.g. roadshows, showcases, etc.) to target groups (eg. interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.)
