Job Title: Retail Sales Manager and Marketing

Location: Indore (Based out of the local Experience Center / Partner Studio)

Industry: Luxury Interior Products / Architectural Glass Solutions / Premium Hardware

Key Responsibilities:

• Showroom Sales & Experience Management:

Handle walk-in retail customers, high-net worth individuals (HNWIs), and homeowners at the Indore experience center, presenting minimalist glass doors, sliding systems, and partitions.

• Direct Consultative Selling:

Understand client layout requirements for residential or independent commercial spaces, pitch customized glass design concepts, and demonstrate the physical functioning of high-end sliding/swing mechanisms.

• Lead Conversion & Pipeline Tracking:

Manage retail inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and direct referrals, driving them from initial design consultation to final order confirmation.

• Site Measurement & Coordination:

Coordinate initial site visits for accurate measurements, work with technical teams on customized feasibility, and ensure smooth delivery and installation execution for retail clients.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Build long-term relationships with retail buyers and ensure exceptional after-sales service to drive word-of-mouth and referral business in the Indore market.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in retail sales, B2C luxury retail, interior solutions, system window modular kitchens, high-end furniture, or premium architectural products.

• Skills:

1. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills with a polished retail etiquette.
2. Strong aesthetic sense and capability to understand home interiors, floor plans, and spatial layouts.
3. Target-driven mindset with a strong track record of closing high-value retail deals.
4. Well versed with Microsoft office

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
